Medical Advisory Board Member

B.J. Ho, DO, FACOG

Dr. Ho is a leading osteopathic physician and board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist based in Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated from Midwestern University—Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. He is a physician partner of Estrella Women’s Health Center, and a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He provides full obstetrics and gynecology hospital services at Abrazo West Campus Hospital and Banner Estrella Medical Center, and shares time as a hospitalist at Abrazo West and Arrowhead Hospitals for Valley Perinatal Services.

Dr. Ho is a Physician Speaker for the AbbVie Speaker Bureau of Western Phoenix and Northern Arizona. In 2021, he joined the DaVinci Robotic Surgery Proctor team at Intuitive Surgical in West Phoenix, Arizona.  He has also delivered CME-credit earning lectures to other osteopathic physicians for the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association and the Flagstaff Osteopathic Medical Association.

He currently serves on the Medical Executive Committee, Ethics (COVID) Committee, Credentialing Committee, and the Physicians Leadership Group at Abrazo West Campus Hospital. He is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association, and is the Executive Board West Valley representative for Phoenix Ob/Gyn Society. At the practice level, Dr. Ho serves on the Marketing Committee for Women’s Health Arizona (formerly Arizona Ob/Gyn Affiliates).

In 2019, Dr. Ho became an EvexiPEL-certified practitioner with EVEXIAS Health Solutions and is among the inaugural practitioners certified in EVEXIAS Peptide Therapy. Dr. Ho made the move to incorporate integrative and preventive medicine therapies into his practice when he realized that there was more he wanted to do for his patients. He was seeking ways to get out of the pitfalls of a “prescription for every problem” and instead support his patients with therapies and lifestyle changes that would allow the body to heal itself.

As an EVEXIAS partner practitioner, Dr. Ho discovered ways to give his patients the keys to unlocking their own future health potential, stating, “Now, my patients gain a new perspective on life: they feel better, shed disease, get off their medications, and live the life they want, instead of the life they were once confined to.”

When Dr. Ho is not in the office, he is practicing the same lifestyle he recommends for his patients. He enjoys time with his wife and children, stays fit with CrossFit, coaches recreational league soccer, and experiments with new recipes in the kitchen that are both highly nutritious and delicious. Being dedicated to practicing what he preaches allows Dr. Ho to have more meaningful conversations with his patients and support them from the ground up in building a strong foundation for their new way of life.
