Medical Advisory Board Member

Amy Lungren, MD, FACOG

Dr. Lungren is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist in Flower Mound, Texas. She is a partner physician at Seasons Obstetrics and Gynecology, and affiliated with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Flower Mound, where she is Chairman of the OB/GYN Committee. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of North Texas and spent three years as a classroom teacher before deciding to go back to school to become a physician.

Dr. Lungren attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed her residency at St. Paul University Hospital, where she was Chief Resident during her senior year. After completing her rotations in each specialty, Dr. Lungren knew obstetrics and gynecology was her calling. Today, after more than two decades in practice, the best part of her job is helping women manage their health through all the season of life.

Dr. Lungren is no stranger to integrative medicine therapies. Since she opened her practice in the 2000s, traditional hormone replacement therapy (HRT) was part of her treatment arsenal. However, the traditional forms of HRT were not having the intended impact. She knew there had to be something else, something better. Though testosterone therapy was available as creams, compounded sublingual forms, and injections, her patients were not experiencing optimal outcomes. In 2009, however, her years-long search was rewarded when she found pellet therapy and joined the team that today is known as EVEXIAS Health Solutions.

EvexiPEL pellet therapy was exactly what she was looking for: her patients were getting results, their health was improving, and they were happy. So happy in fact that they began telling their friends and family members, and more patients lined up at her door seeking testosterone pellet therapy. Over the years, Dr. Lungren has watched her pellet therapy patients age more gracefully, and thrive, enjoying countless benefits, including better bone strength, improved tissue health, and greater happiness.

As a tenured professional with an extensive history in pellet therapy, Dr. Lungren serves as Medical Director for EVEXIAS Health Solutions, is the collaborating physician at EVEXIAS Medical Center, and Executive Trainer for EvexiPEL.

In her free time, Dr. Lungren loves spending time with her husband and three boys, cooking, rescuing animals, reading, and traveling to the beach.
