I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Reed and the entire staff at Reed Medical Group. The quality and level of care is beyond anything I have ever experienced before! They are not only highly knowledgeable and skilled professionals, but they truly make you feel like family, while providing a level of care and service that goes well above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before. On a recent visit, I reached out to their office about some skin swelling that was causing some pain and they immediately scheduled an appointment for less than two hours later. As I anxiously walked into the office due to my concerning condition, Sara was at the front desk, and she gave me the most genuinely happy greeting and immediately took me into an examination room where she offered me some water. She even brought my paperwork into the exam room to fill-out there and checked on me periodically to see if I had any questions or needed anything. Her kind and enthusiastic welcome was super appreciated as it helped reduce my anxiety and feel more relaxed. The nurse, Shaquanna, was also excellent! She was not only very knowledgeable and thorough, but was super caring while assessing me. She was an outstanding partner to Dr. Reed during my procedure and she even shared a few personal stories when she noticed my anxiety level increasing to help me feel more at ease. Dr. Reed fully is an amazingly talented and caring Doctor!! He assessed my condition and immediately recognized that I had developed a large abscess that needed to be drained. I was very anxious, but he and his staff were not only extremely professional, but they were super gentle and caring throughout the procedure. As I felt faint after the procedure, they had me lie down and stay in the room for as long as I needed. After the procedure, Dr. Reed prescribed me some antibiotics and asked me to text him in 4-5 days to let him know how I was doing. As I had not checked-in yet, Dr. Reed personally reached out on the evening of the 5th day to check on my condition. Not only was this amazing, unprompted follow-up from the Doctor himself, but he made time to do this on the Saturday evening of Thanksgiving weekend to make sure that I was progressing as expected and not experiencing any complications. After sending him a photo and updating him on my progress, he modified my treatment plan accordingly. Dr. Reed is truly outstanding!! He provided the outstanding professional judgement to immediately assess and address a condition that was enroute to becoming more serious, and proactively went out of his way to reach out and ensure that I was healing favorably. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for their professionalism and kindness and would highly recommend them to anyone!! Thank you so much Dr. Reed, Shaquanna, and Sara!!

Dr Reed is incredibly attentive, a good listener, & very thoughtful about addressing your medical needs. He takes his time to make sure he gets to know his patients well and uses that to better serve them. He has a solid network of skilled specialists to refer to and work with if the need arises. I first met Dr. Reed when he was an urgent care doctor. He was amazing! He helped me with vertigo, which was the absolute worst. Then he ended up leaving there. I was so sad, then he walked into my store. He told me about his own practice he was starting. My husband & I made an appt to see him as we are business owners, and it is hard to get insurance. Dr. Reed's office made it so easy and affordable for us. He has been the first doctor in the last 5 years that actually takes the time he needs to get to know his patients on a true personal level. I won't ever forget the time he took with husband about his mental & physical health. He is a true doctor that cares 1000% for his patients. He doesn't care how long it takes, he will make sure he hears you. The entire office staff is amazing as well. So kind and willing to help. I am just so thankful he walked into my store!!
