I very seriously cannot say enough about how much I LOVE this place! Everyone I have come in contact with from front desk to their providers are wonderful. Always friendly, helpful, professional and caring. The whole facility is beautiful and tranquil. I have experienced a variety of services/treatments and plan on trying some others. I gave up on a prior place for injectables because the pricing, quality of service and results are far more excellent here. I have had massages at high end resorts/cruises as well as common chains. I can honestly say that the massage therapists here are the absolute best I have ever experienced. After a massage here, I leave feeling healed and rejuvenated. Just got a facial and wow. My skin feels so good. Communication is always the best. They will text me with special deals or appointment confirms. You can text back with questions or request your bookings and you are communicating with their front desk. Not a computer or an AI. Whenever I come in, I feel like I am visiting friends. I had my first experience here about 2 weeks ago now. I must say I was utterly impressed and blown away by the service I received. From the moment I walked into the door I felt transported to a very calm and restful place. I just love how this space has been transformed into an oasis almost, I guess I just didn't know what to expect since I had only ever been in a hotel spa before and this experience was far better and less expensive then what I have got at the hotel spas I have been to. I had Jade as my massage therepist, and I treated myself to the Bliss Massage, and it was just that, pure bliss. Before this the longest massage I had was only an hour, while the bliss was two hours. It was pure pampering and it made my body feel soooo much better! I can't wait to try some of their other offerings and I am even looking at the VIP club which seems to be a great value. As I get older and since for the past year I have been working out 5-6 days I week I think massage could really be the perfect thing to help my body! I also can't wait to try a facial there as a special treat! Overall A+ and like I said I can't wait to go back!
