Nicole Taylor is a Family Nurse Practitioner at EVEXIAS Medical Center in Southlake, Texas, where she helps patients restore balance and vitality through hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and nutraceuticals. As part of the founding EVEXIAS Medical Center team, Nicole shares in the mission established by EVEXIAS Health Solutions founder, Terri DeNeui, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC—to help patients achieve optimal health through integrative, preventative, and personalized care.

With a background spanning intensive care and organ donation, Nicole brings deep clinical experience to her holistic practice. Her approach combines advanced medical expertise with attentive, compassionate care—taking time to truly listen, educate, and craft layered treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Nicole first discovered functional medicine while completing her nurse practitioner training. Exposure to the world of nutraceuticals and lifestyle-based care inspired her to move beyond the limitations of traditional, insurance-driven medicine. Today, she’s passionate about addressing the root causes of imbalance and empowering patients to reclaim their health from the inside out.

As both a provider and training proctor for EvexiPEL certification, Nicole also helps other practitioners learn the art and science of hormone pellet therapy.
