Michael Cole

Chairman, Finance Committee

As one of the Managing Members, Mr. Cole provides financial oversight and strategic guidance, drawing on more than 35 years of entrepreneurial leadership, executive management, and systems consulting experience. Throughout his career, he has designed and implemented financial and operational systems for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Cole was Chief Financial Officer and an original shareholder of a healthcare training start-up, where he managed financial operations and built scalable systems to support rapid growth. Previously, he founded Premier Marketing Team, a financial services agency, and grew it into a top national firm serving more than 300 licensed agents across 40 states.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Cole worked in management consulting with Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse, and Oracle, where he rose to partner level and led regional and national industry-specific consulting practices. He is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, holding both BBA and MBA degrees.
