I love Renew Medispa. Rachel is very knowledgeable and always listens to what I am telling her about the look I want to achieve. All of the ladies there are very kind and accommodating. I know that when I leave there I am always going to leave feeling like I got exactly what I was wanting, and you can tell she really cares about that! She is easy to talk to and we always have great conversation. She just makes you feel very comfortable. I came to her years ago unhappy about a service I had gotten in another town at another spa. She told me to come in right away so she could see what she could do. She did more than that. She fixed the issue and made me feel like she empathized with me. She's a great person and I am glad I found this place!

I had a great experience at Renew and am so happy with my results! Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciated learning all of the details about how the different products worked, what they treated best, and the variety of options for different things I may want to do. I got xeomin for the first time (never had Botox either) and it looks great! I can still move my face and feel like I look like myself but more polished, which is exactly what I wanted. I also got one syringe of volbella in my lips and my results are really beautiful. I am so happy with them!
