Let me start by saying I’m a Registered Nurse with 35 years of clinical nursing experience and medical background, I found Dr. Mecham from doing my own intensive search, and a little help from her Instagram😊. Dr. Mecham is truly a highly qualified skilled plastic surgeon, she has demonstrated her skill set far above the many plastic surgeons here in Utah that came before Dr. Mecham in the treatment of my wife. My wife has had (6) Breast surgeries over the past 20 years that have included lifts, and augmentations, with poor outcome’s and problems(4) of those surgeries were with two different Plastic surgeries during the past 4 years. We felt like we did our part in finding Board certified Plastic surgeons, but that is not enough to ensure complete success and competency. My wife required revisions from the failed plastic surgeries and work of these board certified plastic surgeons. Enter Dr. Mecham when we had lost all hope of a better outcome- Dr. Mecham is a truly talented and a highly skilled surgeon, she took on my wife’s case with confidence, compassion, determination, and dedication to make my wife whole again. I will simply say I have never encountered a plastic surgeon like Dr. Mecham, her skill level is without peers here in Utah in my opinion, she is the first plastic surgeon that I found in the recovery room with my wife providing her care and assessment after the surgery. Her skilled work and talent has changed my wife’s life, she gave my wife back what the other surgeons had taken from her. Her work is beautiful, amazing and truly remarkable and inspiring. I get emotional when I think about what Dr. Mecham has done for my wife. She is a miracle worker! Go nowhere else!! She is highly talented and skilled in reconstructive plastic surgery. Dr. Mecham is the best. I've been going to her for Botox for nearly two years now (wild how time flies!). I made the switch to her following a bad experience with a nurse practitioner at a different clinic. Not only does Dr. Mecham have extensive knowledge of treatments and products, she also has a great personality and excellent technique. (My face looks so natural, not stiff or heavy.) Excited to get into the other services her team has to offer like microneedling and lasers.

I just recently had a breast reduction by Dr. Mecham and she was so kind and made me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. She answered all my questions honestly, and has been there to check on things throughout my healing process. I would like to mention Lindsey as well, she was very supportive and always there to listen to any concerns or questions I had. Overall the real you is a great place and if you are thinking of getting anything done from them, do it! Trust me.

After five pregnancies, I made the mistake of going to one of the 'quick fix' liposuction establishments for a little contouring to my body. DON'T DO THAT!!! I had a terrible result, as they sucked out too much fat and I was lucky my skin didn't die! What a mess it made! Dr. Mecham took me on with the understanding that she may or may not be able to help me because of the damage which was done to my skin as a result of unprofessional--dangerous, actually--liposuction! She was able to remove the damaged skin and reattach healthy skin. I will need to follow up with another surgery after the affected area has had time to heal properly, but I trust Dr. Mecham to do the reconstructive work. I highly recommend her.
