Such an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable. The MA got me in and ready to be seen in such a quick and friendly matter. The providers were so great and knowledgable.. I am looking forward to coming back. I Would deff reccomend this office to anyone looking for Hormone Therapy!!!

My first visit today. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable and welcome. All of my questions were answered fully, all the options explained completely. Plus I got to say Happy Medical Assistant Day to Tina.

I have been getting BHRT at Next Level Health for almost a year. They are diligent in making sure you are getting the healthiest treatment. I have had success with the BHRT pellets. I feel energized, have less joint pain, sleep well, libido is great and have lost weight. The office staff is efficient and friendly, Cheryl and Erica are both attentive and knowledgeable. I recommend Next Level Health and HRT to anyone who listens!

Blessing day to everyone! I have been going to Virapel now for sometimes. My first experience was with Cheryl Felt & she’s amazing pleasant attentive to your needs to help get you balance! Now I’m seeing Erica Tsakiris and she is also wonderful very detailed ready to get those hormones in place where they belong. The staff & the providers are all awesome 🤩 any questions you have will be answered right away. I have gone to 2 other doctors before coming here. Both were extended periods of time. Therefore I can say with confidence this has been my best experience by far. I am comfortable with the tests used to determine my needs. Cheryl Felt is a wealth of knowledge. She answered my questions and questions my last doctor failed to answer. The cost is very reasonable. The entire staff is friendly, competent and wonderfully helpful. Highly recommend. Update 6/11/24 Still going still happy. Everyone who works here is thoughtful and compassionate. 10/22/25.
