The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. They were fast and efficient. We were able to get testing done quickly and get the care we needed without a long wait before or during our visit. The doctor was kind and really on top of what we needed. Later when I discovered the pharmacy I had the meds sent to was closed, I called and it was quickly transferred to a better location immediately. Thank you!!!

Super Duper Review! I can’t say enough great things about my visit to this urgent care in Lubbock! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and truly cared about getting me taken care of quickly and comfortably. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, the nurses were warm and professional, and the provider actually listened — which means a lot when you’re not feeling your best! They went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt at ease. The clinic was spotless, organized, and welcoming. I walked out not only feeling better but also impressed by how much genuine compassion they showed. If you ever need urgent care in Lubbock, this is absolutely the place to go — fast, friendly, and five-star service all around!!!!

I got in in less than 30min and had great attentive care!! Couldn’t ask for better care!! Thank you, all! I live in Lubbock , if you have a planned trip to a Dr. it is at least, a 2 hour ordeal! Wonderful experience! Alyssa and Emilee made the intake easy and fast! The staff tested me for everything I requested. Catalina truly listened and prescribed me exact medications to treat my major symptoms. Super sweet and attentive staff!

Staff was extremely courteous and very professional 👏 I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile, as soon as I finished filling my paperwork I was immediately taken back to get vitals then placed in a room where I waited less than 15 minutes and the practitioner walked in and was already examining me! She was extremely nice, professional with a very caring demeanor. Thank you to the whole staff and team for making this a pleasant visit. I know where I'll go next time I need Urgent Care!!!
