Hormone replacement therapy provider: Metroplex Women’s Health Care

I have only seen Dr.Gillean for 2 different appointments but she is by far the best doctor I have ever seen! She performed a routine procedure last Thursday and I was having some issues so I got an appointment for Tuesday. When it turned into having to head to the hospital for a surgery that was unexpected everyone in that office was so compassionate. My nerves were beyond shot but they were there for me. Dr. Gillean doesn’t just stop there she will deep dive into your medical history to find the root of the problem. When other doctors have dismissed my pain she hasn’t and is willing to find a reason. There may be a wait to see her but I’m willing to wait because she is a doctor that will spend more than 5 minutes with you.

I am so grateful for Dr. Potter. I was having alot of health issues and seeing multiple specialist to try and figure it out. Dr. Potter suggested that it was hormones since I'm in my 50s. After all of the testing and scans found nothing she tested my hormones. Sure enough I had zero estrogen and am in full menopause. Dr. Potter put me on hormones and it's like night and day. Most of my issues are completely gone. She knows her stuff.

If I could give more stars I would but google won't allow that. In the spirit of transparency, I typically have to wait a minimum of an hour to see Dr. Gillean regardless of an appt, HOWEVER, it is always worth the wait. My last appt was scheduled for 3:20pm, and I wasn't able to be seen until close to their closing hour, and at that point I was worried about staff and Dr. Gillean having to stay later than usual. Dr. Gillean still took great care of me, answered my questions, and as always gave any and every option she could as it related to the topic of conversation. To say the least, these appointments can be uncomfortable, but the staff and Dr. Gillean make it feel the complete opposite. Thank you for all that you do!

Dr. Gillian is by far the best doctor. She has been with me through so much. I am currently pregnant in her care. I am more than satisfied with the care I am receiving. She puts me and my child first. I love that she is calm, understanding, and on top of it all. I feel the best I possibly could knowing she has me through this! As far as the staff they ALL go above and beyond to help you.
