KJ was kind and caring the moment I arrived. Aside from Botox, I've never had anything done to my face. With all the AI out there, it's hard to discern truth. I arrived with apprehension, as it took over a year for me to get here. KJ asked if I had any question/concerns before any equipment was brought out. I've experienced procedures pronto, lacking this critical patient/practitioner monumental moment that builds trust and eases anxiety. The injections did not hurt—seriously, they did not ... ok, may minuscule prick—nothing more . I didn't even squeeze the stress ball once!! The entire procedure was easy, relaxed, and explained thoroughly. The entire office deserves kudos. All the ladies I can't say enough engages with a client. You're not treated like an in/out ticket. Clista, Sara, and Tamara always acknowledges a client, despite my treatment is with one person on that particular day. The team is doing something right. Don't change what's good. Thanks for being my spa. I have since referred three friends, and will continue to recommend Medimorph!
