I’ve been going to chiropractors on and off for years, so I understand how adjustments work. I felt the office was very nice, well organized and clean. Had top of the line equipment and treatment options. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Dr. Nick was very knowledgeable, efficient and truly cared about how I was feeling and how he could help. I noticed his interactions were the same across every patient he made contact with was treated the same. Very busy office, but well run practice and I never felt rushed or like a number. Based upon my visit and experience, I will be returning for more treatments and would recommend to family and friends! So glad I found this practice!

During my annual physical with my primary care physician, I reported tingling in my upper legs and feet. I was referred to a neurologist and explained that I also had pain in my lower back. Symptoms were present on a daily basis, both during sedentary parts of the day and more pronounced during cardio workouts. The neurologist conducted a series of tests and I was told that I had permanent nerve damage. However, two rounds of blood tests were ordered for underlying causes, which both came back negative. I was frustrated with the diagnosis because there wasn’t a clear underlying cause, and sought a second opinion. A friend referred me to Impact Health & Wellness. During the initial assessment, they took an X-ray which showed vertebrae alignment and disc compression issues in my lower back. Their chiropractor’s assessment attributed my pain to pinched spinal nerves. Over three months, I worked with a physical therapist, used the decompression table, and had chiropractic adjustments. Follow-up X-rays showed significant improvement to my alignment and compression. We eliminated all of my symptoms without pain medication. I’ve enjoyed pain-free cardio workouts since my physical therapy ended. I want to thank all of the amazing staff at Impact Health & Wellness for the difference that this has made in my daily activity.

My PT was "Eve" and she is such a treat. Actually you have a natural tendency to hate your PT because she makes you work so hard, but Eve is such a joy that it's impossible to not like her! Seriously, she knows exactly what to do to get right to the individual muscle you need - she is a genuine pleasure. Nick did his magic too and I can't thank you guys enough.
