ERA is my favorite place to go when I want to do something for myself. I have been using them for years and I will definitely be a life long customer. The space is calm and welcoming—soft lighting and not a hint of that rushed, “next client please” energy you sometimes get elsewhere. The staff always greets me by name, offers me a drink, and takes the time to talk through what my personal goals are. I never feel like they are trying to sell or over-sell me. It's tricky at places like this. I know what I want to "fix" on my face, but I never feel like the practitioners are trying to convince me of needing something else. All staff is incredibly knowledgeable and explain each step of the treatment so I know exactly what to expect. I never felt pressured into anything—just genuinely cared for. What really sets them apart is the follow-up—someone checked in a couple of days later to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. That level of service is rare, and it made me feel like more than just an appointment slot.
