Dr. Kaster is the best chiropractor I have ever had work on my back issues. He has helped me stay on my feet through several challenges. His office staff always finds a way to schedule me when I need to come in, not making me wait in pain to be seen. I’ve been dealing with joint pain for nearly 25 years - ever since I was a teenager and had a rapid growth spurt. Add in two car accidents, sports injuries, and some falls - the pain and issues only compounded over the years. I have worked with various chiropractors, massage therapists, physical therapists, sports therapists, orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, pain management, and neurologists. I’ve tried so many treatments, injections, therapies - pretty much anything short of surgery. I’ve live both on the East coast and West coast of the US so I’ve seen a variety of drs and specialists in big and medium size cities. After moving back to Ft Myers I found Dr Kastner. Before I had my first adjustment I did an extensive history with his office and some in office diagnostics, followed up with x-rays. Upon meeting Dr Kastner one of the first things he told me after reviewing my results was that my right leg is about a half inch shorter than my left. I was in shock - I was like what? How can I only be learning about this now after seeing every other Dr under the sun for all this pain. He explained how that discrepancy was creating issues with each of my joints and how one side trying to compensate for the other was throwing everything off literally from my feet to my head… everything - literally everything - was making sense finally… it explained everything. He recommended custom orthotic inserts to address this as well as my fleet feet. I immediately ordered the inserts and some flip flops that have the inserts integrated. They were in his office for pick up in less than a week and Ive been wearing them ever since. Also I’ve become so accustomed to having bad inflammation after an adjustment - and was shocked that I had none, not even on my first adjustment. I’ve work with chiropractors that did traditional adjustments, some that did drop table and the little pressure gun thing - but Dr Kastner doesn’t take a one size fits all approach - he uses the techniques that fits the patient. He also has a technique I’ve never had done before and I think that’s also a huge game changer with my lower back. The lower half of the table (at the hip bend) drops down some and can swivel. Dr Kastner uses a combination of all the different techniques and manual stretches. I think another thing that contributes to sucessful adjustments is Dr Kastner has you do 10 minutes of hydro massage prior. Having now had my orthotics for a few weeks and about a month of bi-weekly adjustments - I can feel the difference. My ankles no longer pop. Literally you could heard them pop from across the room it was so loud. Now - NO MORE popping! My knees no longer ache. Dr Kastner explained how my left knee was turning in when I walked to compensate for the shorter right leg. Now - NO MORE pain. My hips - I have had lots of pain and major hip instability in my right hip. I’ve had debilitating SI joint paint and lower back instability. Now - my SI joint pain is GONE! I can’t believe it. My instability - gone. I’m not afraid of falling or my hips or ankles giving out any more. In fact just this weekend I had to carry my daughter up and out of a boat onto a platform and did so confidently without assistance - this isn’t something that would have been possible a month ago. My neck has been trouble for the past 15 years after the car accident. Now - I no longer have tension and my range of motion is already improving. And the thing most shocking is my SEVERE TMJ pain - gone. I have ZERO jaw pain. I can speak easier and clearer because I can actually open my mouth, I can chew and yawn without pain or fear of my jaw locking or dislocating. I never thought that was possible. I’ve stopped getting frequent headaches and my ears no longer feel chronically clogged (like I need to pop them). I’m truly grateful for Dr Kastner for giving me a new lease on life. He’s a talented and expert practitioner and also extremely ethical and compassionate about helping his patients get better

Dr. Caster has been a miracle worker for me. I didn’t realize how much stress intention I was carrying in my body, but after a few months with him, I regained mobility in areas I didn’t even realize I had lost it in. He is very personable, thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. His team is incredibly caring and friendly and feel more like friends than service providers! Highly recommend!!
