Ashley holds an MBA with a concentration in data analytics and decision-making and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. She brings over 20 years of accounting and finance experience, including more than a decade in executive-level finance roles, leading multiple organizations through the transition from cash-basis to full GAAP compliance. Ashley has overseen numerous mergers and acquisitions, managing rigorous due-diligence processes and legal-domicile restructurings, while driving operational efficiencies, strengthening internal controls, and guiding companies through rapid growth and complex transactions.
