She started with a targeted thyroid medication and supplements to boost absorption, monitored my bloodwork closely, and when progress plateaued, suggested HRT. The difference has been remarkable. My sleep, focus, and motivation are back. I’ve gained muscle, feel strong and clear-headed again, and haven’t experienced any unwanted weight gain.
