It's a hybrid field + remote role. You'll visit medical practices in your assigned territory in person — typically 3 to 5 per week — while managing your business, attending team meetings, and completing training remotely. You set your own schedule and work from where it makes sense for your territory.

Compensation is 100% commission-based with no earnings ceiling. Income is recurring — every active account you've built continues generating commissions over time, not just at the point of sale.
