The office is very nice. They use an online portal so you can check in early and even add a payment method for copays. It was pretty easy to find my way and there was plenty of parking. I originally scheduled with Dr. Rappaya he was unable to keep the appointment and so I had to reschedule which meant then I would be seen by his PA Alex McCollum. I believe he is a new PA which I think came across in his eye contact and customer service skills. It was unusual but not because it was an uncomfortable amount of eye contact or friendliness but I think that its so uncommon now days. I really appreciated the personable approach he took. I’m always looking for great providers because they really make a difference. I think he will have a long happy career so long as he keeps up the good customer service skills alongside his education! Lastly, the staff were mind and quick to help get me checked in and out.

I went in for my 3 month follow up. The assistants are always professional and personal. The are cincern about your concerns and feelings. The assistants always want you to be comfortable with the process of the office visit and procedures done. Nice group of professionals and assistants. Great treatment every time.
